Casi todo.
Los 5 pisos de escalera sin ascensor que había que subir para llegar a la habitación eran una lata, y más llevando en mano equipaje pesado. Pero con paciencia y optimismo se puede con ellas. No apto para personas mayores.

The location was the best possible!Also great security-wise. The size of the room was excellent with high ceilings which made it even more spacious. also comfy beds! The three of us did not feel at all cramped. Nice clean bathrooms and fresh towels daily. Staff at reception most accommodating, friendly and caring. Also a hearty buffet breakfast each morning. Real value for money this place!
Absolutely nothing! This hotel was an excellent choice. I have already recommended it to others and we plan to stay there again when we re-visit Prague which is a beautiful city - every building an architectural gem!

central situation of hotel. Friendly personal at reception during day.
staircases to room were a bit exhausting. But for sake we are sportive... Next time we would prefer rooms above the pizzeria :-) Reception night person gave bad explanation how to find garage - so we must find other solution.

Excellent location - terrific market in the street outside, close to station, delightful and very helpful staff, very good restaurant downstairs.
Our first room was up 5 flights of stairs with no lift but the staff helped us up with our bags, were most apologetic, and moved us after one night. There was a bit of noise from the market people setting up very early but even that was fun.

3 minutes to Staromestskaya square, a very good place, the market on the same street, all sights are near and not expensive. A very good place for tourists who want to see much of a historical Prague.
There is always something you think could have been better but it was not very essential. We are all no perfect))

The breakfasts were very good.
Our room was on the 5th floor and the stairs were a real discomfort. Also having to lock so many doors caused problems particularly if one of us wanted to go out separately.

It was very nice that the hotel can borrow guests hair dryer and converter.
Breakfast time should start earlier than 9 am as many travellers have to leave early. Most of the hotels and pensions set the breakfast time starting from 7 am. As our room was facing the market, it was quite disturbing because of the noise starting already from 6 am.

příjemný personál
chybějící okno ( výhled pouze ze stropního okénka ) z pokoje ( v nabídce ubytování bylo prezentováno jako krásný výhled na pražské střechy ) . Neskutečně draho v restauraci ( i s poskytovanou 20-ti % slevou )

Soukromí, klid, slevy v restauraci, ochotný personál v restauraci i v recepci.
Na pokoji sice byla televize, ale sly jen tři německé programy!! Inzerován je satelit!!!

Paní na recepci byla velmi ochotná a nápomocná. Libil se nám pokoj a snídaně byla vynikající

The nice, cozy atmosphere in and around the restaurant were they served breakfast, very helpfull, service minded and smiling staff. The location of the place in Old Prague is excelent!!! -very good!!! I totally recommend the place!
I wouldn`t have stayed in the 5th floor without an elevator again. they have other rooms!, and most important; the beds were to hard. Neither of us slept very well during the stay!
